Walk-through and plan
We look at both sites, count the workstations and heavy items, and agree an order of loading so the office goes back together in the right sequence.
Workstation disassembly
Desks, partitions and shelving taken apart, labelled by room or person, and rebuilt at the new site.
Equipment protection
Screens, printers and machines wrapped and strapped. Your IT provider disconnects and reconnects; we move everything safely in between.
Room-by-room placement
Everything labelled and placed where your floor plan says, so people can sit down and work.
Bulk and stock transport
Racking, pallets, stock and workshop gear moved in one or more truckloads.
Clear-out and disposal
Old furniture, e-waste and rubbish removed from the site you are leaving.

We supply crates and labels. Staff pack their own desks; we handle the rest.

Loaded in sequence, unloaded to the plan, workstations rebuilt and rubbish cleared.

How much does an office move cost in Auckland?
Small office moves are charged hourly from NZ$130 per hour for a truck and two movers. Larger relocations get a fixed price after a site visit. Tell us the number of desks, the floor and lift situation at both ends and we will quote.
Can you move us outside business hours?
Yes. Evenings, weekends and public holidays are our most common slots for office moves so your team loses no working time.
Do you disconnect computers and phones?
We move the equipment, wrapped and labelled. Disconnecting and reconnecting is best done by your IT provider so nothing is at risk. We are happy to coordinate timing with them.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a typical office. For a large relocation with a fixed date, get in touch a month or more ahead.
Can you dispose of old furniture?
Yes. We take unwanted desks, chairs, appliances and e-waste away as part of the move.
Are you insured for commercial moves?
Yes. Brothers Movers is a registered New Zealand company with a Transport Service Licence and insurance covering goods in transit.
